Contemporary Benefits Design specializes in areas of group health, life, dental, disability, long term care insurance, commercial insurance, personal insurance, executive/key man plans, and retirement services.
The firm offers competitive employee benefit packages and pricing models. It is able to do so by maintaining preferred relationships with a large number of national carriers. The Contemporary Benefits Design Pledge of Service has been the key to maintaining client relationships. This dedication to personalized service not only to client company principals and employees is the key component to success.
Human resources staff members no longer have the burden of conducting initial enrollment meetings or those of subsequent new hires. Contemporary Benefit Design personnel arrive on location to explain all benefits and collect all necessary forms. Employees are then informed that these staff members are available to them, their dependents, and their healthcare providers to answer questions, effect changes to their coverage, or investigate and process claims. When contacting the office, client employees will happily discover that they will not be prompted by a phone system.
Twenty-six Contemporary Benefit Design employees are cross-trained in all benefits areas; five of that group primarily work claims issues. All employees and clients are welcome to email any of the support staff with questions or call toll free from anywhere in the country. Accounts payable departments of client companies are provided support with reconciliation of insurance payment statements under question.
With over 600 client companies under management and almost 30,000 lives insured, Contemporary Benefits Design, Inc. enjoys a great degree of negotiation leverage on behalf of its clients at renewal time.
